- Write to support@sessioncollab.com, from the address on your account if you have one. If something went wrong in a session, say when, and what each person saw.
- A payment, a receipt or a refund
- Paddle, our reseller, handles every payment. Find your order at paddle.net, or write to us with the order number from your receipt. See the refund policy.
- Your personal data
- Download your data or delete your account in the app, under Settings, Account. For anything else about your data, write to support@sessioncollab.com. See the privacy policy.
- Something in a session that shouldn't be there
- To report content on SessionCollab's relay that infringes your rights or breaks the law, write to support@sessioncollab.com with what it is and why. See the Terms of Service.
